 (Atlanta, GA – March 1, 2013) – The search for a triple-threat ensemble of talented girls, ages: 16-19, who can sing, dance and rock the stage, has just begun.

Auditions will be held Fridays at Stars and Strikes – 1741 Mountain Industrial Blvd., Stone Mountain, GA. Girls will be chosen to compete as finalist on March 22, 2013. The finals will begin the Reality Production for TV Damsel, which will document the phases of career focused, elimination rounds.

For auditions, girls need to bring their favorite up-tempo song and be ready to give a singing and dancing performance in front of a panel of guest celebrity judges including Tricia Grey– Sing Like A Star Studios, singer/songwriter Xavier Lewis– “America’s Got Talent,” R&B vocalist Artia Lockett– vocalist for soul stars Joss Stone and Angie Stone, Tasha Larae of Grammy Award winning group Arrested Development and more to be announced. Girls who are skilled singer-musicians are encouraged to audition as well.

The girls who are chosen as finalists will be filmed for YouTube channel, TV Damsel, documenting each girl’s journey of training and guidance from Artist Developer and Executive Producer, April Showers. Other industry experts will assist with preparing the next greatest girl group. “I want to restore the loss of female value in the industry. Looking for Damsel represents the wonderful and great things that all girls around the world deserve.” says Showers.
